I eat 5-8 egg white grills a week. You think this is deficient in some way? Try one for yourself buddy

>cook chicken/sausage in same pan as egg
>put cheese on

Chocolate frosty's are healthy because you get a good amount of ice crean for 200 calories. As long as it fits your macros

My finances & time dont factor into the nutritional value of one versus the other

Just take it easy on the sauce
