Oh look it's yet another flavour of the month diet with some stupid gimmick behind it. Romans this time. Why don't you go all the way and fuck underaged boys too.
>romans lost to goths

Yeah, it kind of fucks me up how flamingo's live in Italy and southern France. I always thought they were tropical animals.

Why haven't you taken the GARLIC PILL yet/fit/?
Pretty good diet.
>literally 2000+ years in advances on nutritional and agricultural sciences
Romans would be eating beef, chicken and whey protein like fuck if they could.
I-I’m not strong enough to eat them user
Too adorable
>Beef, chicken
Are you saying Romans couldn't eat those? Or didn't?
>Whey protein
Why have artificial sources of protein when you can get it naturally in your diet?
>Romans would bake dormice and dip them in honey for dessert
Onion+garlic=The ultimate Veeky Forums redpill
They couldn't eat it in the abundance we can.
Not everyone wants to eat 1kg of breasts/steaks a day.

>not taking the snail pill or the dormice pill

Would you rather
>Consume a synthetically made product that will give you nutrients, but will still leave you hungry
Vs
>Consume a natural food with all it's it nutritional value and it's ability to satisfy hunger for long periods of time
>Hannibal coming towards Rome with elephants
>Send a legion of dormice at them
is it bad to eat about 30ml of olive oil every day
no thats nothing
It's bullshit.
Romans didn't eat much fruit or veggies. No one did until the 20th century, it was seen as unhealthy. Maybe because we didn't have the sweet, well-bred variations we have now. Or maybe they knew something we didn't.
I love Rome (the Republic, not the later degenerate Empire). I studied Latin for years. I've made Roman dishes based on ancient recipes.
You can buy garum, too, and it's extremely nutritious; if made well (with less salt) it has quite a bit of protein for a condiment!
I've also done a bit of gladiator re-enactment. Lots of groups in Europe, few in the U.S.
ALL HAIL ROME
>eating plants
>meat very rarely
>plant oils
"no!"
The snails are like, "MILK TRUCK ARRIVE"!
>increasing protein intake without proportional saturated fat intake
Enjoy you are liver damage retard
Dude, ancient Euros ate mainly bread/porridge and meat. Some veggies for taste (as few as possible), some fruit (the cand yof their time, seen as unhealthy, but nobody gave a fuck), lots of fat (olive oil or butte,r depending where you came from). Medieval guys ate more furit, though.
usual ration was 2 lbs of bread and 1 lbs of meat per day per capita. And the other stuff additionally.
Who took the garlic pill?
>the romans were garlic pilled
i told you shitheads to stack your onions with garlic since the memes started
>Rome took the garlic pill
>Greece took the onion pill
Why question the architects of civlization?
