My HIT PPL routine takes about 20 minutes of vomitous intensity, get on my level

Thats about how long I take. I suppose if you do like 4 exercises with 4 sets and a couple minutes of rest you could finish in 45 minutes. It takes me about 30 minutes to warm up which is especially important when I squat and then I stretch for about 40 minutes when I finish. If I choose to do isometric stretching it takes more like an hour.

LOL wut. I only do 4-6 rep sets with heavy fucking weight. Takes me an hour max to do my shit for the day. You rest too fucking much if you're taking a long time to finish your sets. Or you have no life. Probably why your body looks like shit. The only excuse to take that long in the gym is 1) you get paid to be there 2) you're a professional athlete.

on a slow day it can take me up to an hour an half, but i usually count shitting and changing clothes into that. an hour on a good day where i don't take too long of breaks and lift well though.
i rest at least a minute or two between sets, i feel like I lift much better that way but maybe I'm taking too long or resting too much

I do 7 excercises 4-5 sets depending 5 heavy reps on compounds 8-10 lighter on the isolation sets. It takes me about an hour to get through a work out. If it's taking you more than an hour to get through your work out chances are you are wasting way too much time between sets/excercises, happens mostly to dudes who have their phones on them while working out (don't realise how much time they're wasting fucking around on FB in between sets).

Sometimes I spend 2.5 hours at the gym. That's because I warm up for most lifts and wait 2-4 minutes between sets. I do 6 exercises tops but do 20-40 minutes of cardio.

Most of the pros do both.

You’re probably early on in your program. You won’t be able to get away with 3 minute rests for much longer. Either that or you’re increasing the weight far too slowly.
