GZCLP Vs Greyskull LP?

I'm leaning towards GZCLP because of the extra volume at lower weights to practice the main lifts.

Anyone run GZCLP? Thoughts?

I'm 8 weeks into GZCLP and love it. Switched from a bodybuilding.com split shit. I have hit my strongest squats and bench ever. I added more accessory lifts because 3 doesn't feel like enough. For example, on A1 I added flys and abs. A2, I added curls, triceps and pushups etc.

For last weeks 5x3's I hit , 120 OHP, 205 bench, 315 squat, and my deadlift is horrendous at 355.

I'm 6'0 and a little under 180

i ran greyskull (+ accessories) for around 7 months. gained about 30 lbs (135-165) but only got to 95x5/145x5/185x5/245x5 before deciding i need to cut. I’m switching to gzclp and am enjoying changing things up.

i’m cutting so havent added weight yet but i’m enjoying the 3x5 sets, and the 3x10 sets are pushing me since i’ve never done more than 5 reps on my compound lifts before. been getting doms so i feel like it’s hitting my muscles harder

gonna start bulking once i’m down to 150 or so

i'm trying, what i need feedback on is if the exercises go together well or if i'm not gonna make any progress due to the pairings, like ohp/bench t1 b2b

ur bench isnt going to increase well at all by benching once a week
look at GZCL 5 day in the GZCL template compendium, i did that and my bench went from 80kgx5 to 100x3 in 10 weeks

Why declines, not dips?
