i used to feel that way too. but i quit. someone broke into my car and stole 6 packs and so i quit rather than having to spend more money on cigarettes i already bought. once it's not in your life anymore it's pretty easy to get used to.

You gotta quit smoking my dude, its impossible to improve cardio while doing it. I started out just smoking while I drank and it turned into a halfpack sometimes full pack a day habit for 6 months.

14 weeks with no cigarettes now looking back I feel so much better. No shortness of breath like randomly moving, don't cough up flem, random headaches don't happen anymore. I just drink 6-8 cups of coffee a day and pace around like an anxious psycho it's way better give it a try i'm serious.
