>20 squats no weights (to increase thigh mass

Please note I am not trying to make mad gains. I understand that the above is not alot. Should I drink protein shake after as well?

Where you lose fat has nothing to do with the type of exercise you do. Your body will burn fat indiscriminately of its location, so sit-ups are no better suited to burn belly flab than squats or bicep curls.

for what you need those weights ffs.
You have your own body, your own natural gym perfectly suited for you, use it.
It's no point to press heavy weights if you are fat and have no muscles, you will hurt yourself.

Sit ups do not lose belly fat, you cannot lose fat in any specific part of your body.

What you can do is increase the size of your abs to make them more ripped/toned during cuts.

I should have added that the only time you can lose fat is if you lose it throughout your entire body, you can't pick and choose where the fat will fall off.
