Because I can only lean if I time my meals properly. It’s hard to do that with normie stuff.

Basically for me to be lean I have to do this

>preworkout
>lift in the AM
>small low calorie meal ( mostly whey and skim milk)
>very small meal for lunch (eggs, or canned tuna)
>cardio in the PM
>rest of my calories at like 9:00PM with a large meal to keep my satisfied while calorie restricting

I can do it, but I have to get into the mindset and stick to it like an autistic person.

If you want to get lean super fast here is what you do.
>250mg Test E
>500mg Tren E
>Yohimbine (Dosage different for everyone)
>Clenbuterol (Dosage different for everyone, usually 140-200mcg)
>750 calorie deficit

Take the Yohimbine and Clen every morning 30 minutes before doing fasted cardio. Clen is 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

Pin the Test and Tren every 3 days for 12 weeks.

This is how I cut and you can literally see daily changes in the mirror.

Thinking of doing this minus the tren and clen because, lol first cycle. Is pharma worth it over UGL for test E or C? Considering I will be using UGL for PCT and on cycle support I kind of doubt its worth the premium for pharma test when UGL is going to still be test but maybe slightly weaker dosed..

The lowest I've gotten wast 13-14% according to the navy calculator and I could sort of see thigh veins and feel veins in my lower abs.
But I still had a pouch of fat on my lower stomach some fat in my love handles and my ass.
I was at 235lbs and the lowest I've ever been.
I've recently been putting on weight and training heavily to build a bit more mass but it's not coming off as fast I want this month.

I think I need to do something drastic like DNP or something.

For naturals, test isn't the issue.
Test that is transformed into DHT and Estrogen to protect and build muscle boost sexual performance and increase your endurance so that you can train harder are all good things.
It's why bulking was such a big deal back in the day.
