> vitamins dont exist
> minerals dont exist
> insulin response doesnt exist

Fuck vitamins and all that kind of shit.
I just want to gain some muscle.
Good luck looking like a fucking skelet eating your ''vitamin high'' foods while I'm being swole as fuck.

What the fuck man, hope this is a troll

no difference in mass gain, but big difference in muscle/fat gain ratio
basically, there's no reason to get fat just because you want to get big

Ok ok cool bait. Lets close the thread now

Aww fuck I replied to the wrong post. I'll close my life instead. Good knowing you

>Rstar

Is that the one with 90g of sugar?

neither vitamins nor minerals have anything to do with calories, and insulin response is something that fat fucking diabetics have to worry about, not healthy strength athletes.

if you have your macros down and all micros are covered, and all you need for the day are additional calories to meet your goals, then it does not matter at all whether those calories come from a pound of rice, a bunch of fried bacon, or a can of sugar water.

>taking such obvious bait
Fucking newfags.

no one needs more than 100g of carb in your system unless you do something like bike/run for 2-4 hours a day

eating fuck tons of carbs doesn't help you gain strength or muscle it just makes you fat
