How is my progress for 7 months? I'm thinking I'm going to start working on lower my body fat and getting it to the point of being reasonable again,should I start cutting/recomping or just keep bulking?

Very solid OHP and Squat progress, I'd try to make bench more of a focus since that seems like the weakest link. white pride and 14/88 to you and your family brother

your squat seems to be lagging quite a lot compared to your bench and OHP

are those stats 1 RM?

I want to work on getting cut as fuck though, 200 would be awesome but I also run and need to be not too heavy to keep from fucking my knees and being slow
Those are my shameful one rms yeah, but I got a shoulder injury around between the second and third picture so once that heals I might be able to bench more

It's just how my brain works, 1.5 miles is 2400 meters which just feels awkward

Cardio doesn't burn as many calories as you think but at the heaviest day I'm eating like 4000 calories

Diet?

Lots of carbs, I do a 50c/30p/20f split and just get whatever fits the macros plus lots of those faggy green things that make you live longer.

Mostly it's lots of oats in the morning with lots of eggs, lot of rice and barely throughout the day and if I can meet my macros through food I'll supplement with a oat,eggwhite and peanut butter shake.

Im 160 and bench 220 for 1 and ohp 145 for 1. You're lean though so nice job on the lean bulk, just need 2 get those lifts up I'd be benching 260 at your weight

A 190 1rm bench and u want 2 cut? Get that shit to 225 before you consider cutting. You are literally benching in the 170s and 180s u have barely any muscle mass to show off if u cut, besides u are already fairly lean you'd lose a lot of strength and make things worse.

Leg extensions, chest fly, and 3x8 shrugs... you are literally wasting hours of your life

My bench is 225 for a shitty 2
and I can OHP 155 for 10.

I fucking hate the bench I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

I benched dumbbells for 2 years, literally been flat barbell benching for a month and I hit 225.

Learn proper form, use your chest not your shoulders, retract scapula etc. Touch your chest, incorporate heavy and light days. Increase weight 5lbs or less on both heavy and light days.

Overhead press directly increases your bench so work on that too. At 160lbs I am nearly ohp my bodyweight, with some shit form I probably could get a 150lb ohp even though I'm cutting.

Don't get discouraged man cos I was on here asking how 2 improve bench every week, watching countless videos n shit, my bench was awful and I didn't know what I was doing, now ppl mire my shit 210lb 5 rep sets lmao

Yea man don't, u have a ways 2 go. Keep at it you're doing great. Just make sure you're in a surplus and getting enough protein and there's no reason your lifts aren't increasing. Add 5lbs every session on every lift m8. If u stall just jump back 15lbs and start again and you'll fly right passed it.
