It's a very important phase of berserk, and it's what got me hooked. Never really cared much for golden age, but really enjoyed everything set after. Seeing guts go from muderhoboing demons because ANGRY to murderhoboing demons in order to protect those he cares about is heartwarming.

Apparently one of the ways miura gets the amount of detail his pictures have into the manga, is to do it on a canvas or larger medium, scan it, then resize ti.

I didn't believe them, but shit it was. I like berserk, but some this new anime is genuinely a poor quality at times.
Next time someone tells me they made "Clearly Not Guts" in an game and RP'd it like a handicapped autist I will imagine them in this CGI while the rest of the world is hand drawn. My old group did that all the time.
