I can see the embers of the Inferno coming. We helped an user with choosing her legion and discussed the Red Scorpions(unknown if our SJW rubbed one off during that time period), Geneviève's death has an affect, we learned about the wonders of CFT and FOOP, test engineers are not immune to CFT so please remember that, talk on STCs was made, and we discovered an Ordo Reductor cogboy living amongst us displaced through time plus much more in the last bread Red Book Links:

Don't fuck this one up.

Dunno, depends on the objective. Wasn’t it to start the Ruinstorm and cut off most of the remaining loyalist legions from Terra? That was successful. They killed at least 40% of the Ultramarines, without losing that many of their own.

I suspect Lorgar thought of it as a throw-away force, otherwise he would’ve reinforced Kor Phaeron and friends himself and brought World Eater support too. It sounds like he sent all of his less-reliable commanders on crazy missions with a high potential payoff.

Raxhal Koraddon, I'm Vodian Consistory.

always knew Lorgar was a min-maxing faggot

Please remember to update , to make /HHG/ eventually become the best it could be.

Why is that World Eater wearing an Imperial Fist's helm?

>mediafire.com/?f0c2pnieoijyrqk
legion army list link dont work

It's actually an ultramarine wearing an iron warrior's helm. The player just thought that scheme fitted better with his three knights.

Must be the light.
Aw shucks.

>Audiodrama user

If only you could see my Mediafire page

lol people actually think Calth was an UM victory? 50k of the worst WBs utterly wrecked the ultras, killed over 100k marines, almost half the legion, millions of human soldiers, trapped some 40k more on calth, destroyed the world, summoned the ruinstorm and basically made the ultras sit at home for the rest of the heresy not doing anything except LARP being the Imperium

the only reason they managed to survive is because they put some mechanicum chick in the USB slot to upload an antivirus

and that's not even going into the rest of the shadow crusade where the WBs and WE utterly annihilated any opposition the ultras threw at them

ultramarines are probably the worst legion in 30k from a fluff pov, iirc book 5 says that they take high casualties if they can't outnumber the enemy, they are basically the zerg legion

...RhoMu?

I'm not the last guy, I'm the idjit who normally makes these threads and really needs to finish up the Legionary Generator.
The template grows ever more.

DIG UP THEM TRENCHES BOYS, TIME TO GET COZY AND SIEGE!.

user, it doesn't matter how many Ultramarines die. So long as a Word Bearer dies, is emotionally damaged, or has a bad day all is well with the galaxy. Plus, Lorgar shot himself in the foot there. So much geneseed, lives, and equipment gone forever.

You beat me by a minute.
Any estimates for the Legionary Generator?
Also, how will it be different from both Legion generator and the Knight generator?

I wonder if this image could sum up one of the possibly rare moments when these two can agree on something. Maybe teaming up to murderizie some xenos who know nothing about sieges?
>You thinking what I'm thinking?
>You know it.
Well, I think I'm going to get it done by this Friday. It's probably not going to be good as either, but that's fine with me as you diet Imperial Fists and your papa can't decimate me. I'm a self-decimating machine.

Have faith, Imperial Fist.

No idea who that is. But here's a snapshot. I have far, far more and can share literally anything if ever there's a pressing need.

Do you perchance have Blackshield?

I can't see the issue: Both the UM and the WB tied at Calth.
The WB wasn't allowed to delete them, so they went for the next best thing: to stall them.
And the UM wouldn't die because they were too many, even against two whole legions, both of which were big and one of them had 40 years to prepare.

If anything, the only one who lost was the Imperium as Guilliman decided to dig in, and the only one who won was Sanguinius, who proved the Ruinstorm was a load of bullshit and still arrived to Terra in time.

It's kinda funny that the three loyalists on the Vengeful Spirit were emperors at some time.

>Dorn, Emperor of the Inwit cluster

>Sanguinius, Imperator Regis of the Imperius Secundus

>The Emperor, Emperor of the Imperium and father of Raven Raven and Iron Hands of the Iron Hands.

But I'm not an Imperial Fist, dude.

Wew lad.

Well, son, that's pretty impressive. RhoMu is a guy who supplies the AoS General and the 40k General with their Mega Libraries. Have this picture of Iron Hand successors.

Dead Word Bears are always a good thing no matter the cost.

Anyone that's followed the lore of the horus heresy wanna tell me what the fuck is going on in connection with the alpha legion? They loyal or what?

I don't see how you can say they tied when one side achieved all of it's objectives (create ruinstorm, knock Ultras out of the war) while the other barely managed to limp home

yeah they didn't kill all of them, but Ultramarines were never a factor in the heresy from that point on, which was what Lorgar promised Horus

yes

user, that's a pretty bad question as you're going to get meme answers. My take? Some think they're loyal, some might be loyal, while the rest are traitors or they just don't care anymore.

Of course I do. I have everything.

mediafire.com/download/66u9k6zq05b9e57/blackshield_chris_wraight.epub

You haven't seen the other folders.

No

There was no internal dialogue with Dorn, everything was seen from another persons perspective and guess what, the man of stone lives up to his name. He barely talks and shows little to no emotion.

The dude feels, his astropath sees the complexity of a single emotion going through his mind and sees he has a deeper understanding of emotions and all its variety. But he doesn't show it.

I liked the interaction between him and Alpharius after a particular compliance. It shows he understand were his brother is coming from and doesn't distain his tactics, so far as telling him how they could have worked better in tandem leading to the planet being much less bitter in joining the Imperium all the while letting Alphy do what he's great at. His only qual was that Alphy went out of his way to ruin the ruling cast, something that will come back to bite them in the ass later.

I'm not saying the book was amazingly great, it has it's short comings, but it's hella lot better than what's been put out recently.

Lightning tower was the best story featuring Dorn and is filled with him actually shows what he's thinking which was great because we see what fundamentally seperates him form pert.

And we all know what Alpharius told Dorn. Why else would he only answer his hiuscarl with "lies, only lies." It was obvious Alph wanted to show Dorn his true colors.

That's true, though.
I'm not sure if all manga faces are the same, but what's the name of that one?
>while the other barely managed to limp home
But they were already at home, user. And I did say they could have won (by killing Guilliman), but weren't allowed, so they settled for the next best thing, which was actually better on the broader picture, but the fact that they lost a Death Star commanded by Mr. Ham himself kinda substracts a few points.
So based...

Woo boy, thanks a lot! You've made the rest of the night to me.

user, Heralds can't be your compulsory HQ.

Wait, Forge Lords aren't Support Officers, right?

>Dorn kills Alpharius
>Keeps his super spear
>Soul Drinkers go rogue over recovering a super special spear of Dorn
> Soul Drinkers can activate this spear because they are gene sons of Dorn
>They aren't gene sons of Dorn

Soul Drinkers confirmed for Alpha Legion descendants? And that spear actually Alpharius'?

The plot thickens

By the gods, John French is a genius! Soul Drinkers are now an Alpha Legion cell embedded within the IF by the second founding that eventually forgot it was an Alpha Legion cell and went full loyalist! A-MEI-ZING.

Yes Forge lords arent Support officers and fulfill the compulsory HQ.

Anyone know if praetorian of dorn is on the mega link yet?

Oh shit, totally forgot about the spear of Dorn. It wasn't really described like the pale spear but this gives me a glimmer of hope that BL has been playing the long game.

This is bloody brilliant, user.

LIVES

VII Quads confirm your primarch is dead

I like how the soul drinkers are in 31k and the successor chapters think they're related. I hope they delve into this more seeing how they were suppose to be the ship to ship specialist.

Not to mention the IF were the most most tighly knitter legion, you'd think they'd know what's up.

Have faith, Imperial Fist.

Do you have a higher quality scan of the taghmata army list? My shits on the way and I need a higher quality scan to print from.

Anyone have opinions on the mechanicum sums unique transport? The Trios armored conveyer or what have you?

Seems pretty legit. Considering buying one for my Archmagos+ secutors.

What I really want, is 60 tech thralls. Get me that 2+ fnp carapace armor fearless monsters. Bitches won't know what God is.

Does mine still work ? Legion Armylist :

drive.google.com/file/d/0Bx9WY96T_EWDYUVBck8xeU1aYUU/view?usp=sharing

One of my favorite moments from any BL books came from their first novel.

It was right before they started to torpedo themselves onto the Ad Mech ship. There's this cog boy being brought to the front. He was excited because he was equipped with a haywire grenade launcher and he'd be useful in the upcoming battle. Went on for about 2 pages...

Then the soul drinkers attacked and everything went to shit.

>where is your god now

They were given a prophecy by the Cabal that basically said the only reason to destroy Chaos is by allowing Horus to win.

Alpharius/Omegon tried to start shit in the Sol System but Dorn killed alpharius as he was trying to explain

>They were given a prophecy by the Cabal that basically said the only reason to destroy Chaos is by allowing Horus to win.

Read that book. Kinda cool.

>Alpharius/Omegon tried to start shit in the Sol System but Dorn killed alpharius as he was trying to explain

What the actual fuck.

Shouldn't he be punching nothing but blood flavored dirt by now?

2+ FnP takes a while to punch through

Pretty apt I don't see why the book has been getting more and more shit piled on it.

I'm tired right now so humor me. Just how long exactly would it take? Have a legionary recruit test as an offering.

>d
Not to mention that they are cutting them back with str6 heavy chainswords. Bahahaha. Hahaha. HA.

It looks like it does.
I don't think it works like that. A single Lacyraemarta (shouldn't it be Lacryaemarta? "Lacrima" is latin for "tear") Techpriest unit upgrades Revenant Thralls to FnP 4+.

I don't know what to think of FW's responses. I once asked them if Decima could use his Retinue rule to bring a Techpriest unit and then add his 5 Servoautomata to the unit, and they told me not only that couldn't be done, but also that Decima's Servoautomata could be kited like regular Techpriest's servs, but his' could also buy Tank Hunter at 20pts per mini or something like that.

Weird responses, I tell you.

It was kind of dumb they didn't tell the Emperor about this. I'm hoping Omegon did tell him and Emps planned for his "Ascension".

I'd ask for volunteers if only the idea that having his head punched to a fine pulp over the course of several hours being somebody't fetish didn't horrify me to no end.

>2+ FnP takes a while to punch through

>Chainaxe Inductii are S6 AP4 and let out about 100 attacks, rerolling ones.
>That's about 65 dead GEQ, meaning even a full Levy can be obliterated in one turn.
>Not Swept, but bloody murdered.
K e k .

Not like that. I meant in the game. >going with Emps wanted the Heresy to happen garbage
There are hints he knew it would happen, but allowed it to happen because a future worse than the modern 40k would happen. I can only imagine it being a galaxy where everyone only plays Tau and or Eldar.

Use your fists like a man, you miserable coward. What? You think those nails and that axe makes you a bigger transhuman super solider? Drop the axe and put up your fists.

laughing_vindicators.jpg

>There are hints he knew it would happen
Like when he plays Space Chess against that Astropath.
"Sometimes the only way to not lose is to prevent the enemy from winning" or something like that in "Outcast Dead".
>I can only imagine it being a galaxy where everyone only plays Tau and or Eldar.
If the Crusade had gone through, the Eldar would be extinct (finally!) and the Tau would have been stomped. Earlier.
Who knows what would the Necrons be up to, and there will always be Tyranids and Orks to kill before thinking about the heresy.

>Use your fists like a man, you miserable coward
It's strange how these guy's melee attacks hit both harder and more times than a Heavy Bolter.
S6 is when a regular human is bisected, mulched or otherwise rendered down to bloody bits, right?
Also, those 2+++ Thralls of yours are literal Zombies using steroids, and you're asking for a fair fight? Kek^2

Kek^2
Fight like a gentleman. Just because this is an age of darkness doesn't mean it's right to be unruly.

>Hordes of Roided Cyborg-Zombies

The Great Crusade taught me there's only one way to deal with that.

With extreme prejudice.

That's the same way to deal with everything, really.

Feels good when you win the SM vidya's horde mode as a DG tactical with your (t)rusty knife

Tech priest Auxillia with lacyaemarta: friendly adsecularis units within 6" of the unit gain +1 to their Feel No Pain rolls while their adepts are alive.
Adsecularis with revenant alchemistry = FNP 5+

3 auxillia = 2+ fnp. Throw in an Archmagos prime with lachrimallus and you have a replenishing army of space zombies. 6 of them for 900 points ish if you want them to have a 4+ armour, strength 6 and fearless.

>3 auxillia = 2+ fnp.
This assumes the boost stacks. And those zombies not only stay dead 66% of the time, but also come back from your deployment zone, having to Slow & Purposeful their asses back to the front lines. And their Dedicated Transports won't respawn with them, as they are still units on their own in 7E.

Fine. We'll give you power fists. If only to even the odds.
>that spoiler
I loved doing that.

Now without steroids, CC weapons or charging. 3+ to hit, 3+ to wound , 5+ save, 2+ FnP, that's about 20.25 attacks needed to kill 1 GEQ.

However, when we look at page 156 there's this rule : "Unless specificly stated, a model cannot gain the benefits of a special rule more than once." which crushes the dreams of what tries to accomplish

Meant to say page 156 of the main 7th edition rulebook. My bad

Why do the forgeworld and calth MKiv armor have studs? I thought that was the hallmark of mkv

Bonding studs can be used on any armor mark as a sort of extra armor, or as a quick-fix job. Most commonly found on MkV due to it's paper armor.

If its crotch is studded, you've got mark V brother
If it's parts all around you're in mix-match town.

Nigga, are you retarded? This is an official GW pic of the MkIV armor in the Calth box. Its got tons of fucking studs

heres the forgeworld MKiv. Still has fucking studs

See how none of them have crotch-studs? That's Mark IV. Bonding studs are used as reinforcement on high stress areas, like the greaves or pauldron. Or something like that.

Well did they actually show off the ultramarine praetor pattern power armor like pic related on the right?

Only reason why I love horus era smurfs.

Those ones are better looking than this bling-fest of a man.

>lets take the roman legion theme
>Then ratchet it up to fucking 11

What the fuck are you doing roboute.

"This isn't even my final form !"

So sayeth the Word Bearer.
Calth was a disaster...for fashion.

Al, just because you hate the Word Bearers, doesn't mean they're not fashionable.

I mean, just look at his parchment robes! Fashionable, AND Sacred/Unholy, at the same time! That mask, those pauldrons! That right there is fashion.

Post was me as well, you know. Although the WB's attire is more varied, I guess? Just count the number of skulls, omegas and eagles on that UM's armour.

Saw a cloud that looked a rapier or fancy sword in a hand. The moonlight made me think the Emperor gave me a sign. I think the He wanted you guys to show off the Paragon Blades your praetors use. Also saw a dragon like cloud, or it was suppose to be Italy. I think it's a sign from the Emperor meaning that all Italians got wiped out in the future by dragons. I guess that would make sense considering pic related. Might also be every Iron Warriors/World Eaters/Word Bearers military campaign.

I didn't know, actually. Your name was not there.

Sometimes the name field gets cleared.

>Italian invasion of France
>1 submarine and 6029 casualties
>Alpini regiment
Is this what happens when a full Stormbird crashes?
I wish to think the sumbarine was unrelated to the Alpini.

Also, Alpha legion warfare.

>buying two boxes of scions to proxy as a Veletaris Storm Section costs MORE than just buying the Veletaris, INCLUDING SHIPPING

pound really got pounded i guess

That's not Aloha Legion warfare. That's the chaos that took place at Port Maw.
>Is this what happens when a full Stormbird crashes?
I wish to think the sumbarine was unrelated to the Alpini.
Yes.

Nah, GW prices are just crazy.

Iirc, $8 more gets you the poseable legion specific contemptor any pair of arms you want, for almost the same price as the plastic monopose that comes with a Kheres and MM.

Well. Time to read the entry.

>That feel when a whitescar fan
>that feel when your legion isnt going to get touched on by FW goodness for perhaps years

Great khan how do I deal with this suffering?

You got great rules, make an army and start playing.

At least you can have an all bike army! I hate the Skyhunter RoW with a burning passion!

I'll never be able to make my literal Hell's Angels Black Comet army!

Sadness.

Why does the left Black Comet icon look like a legit Biker Gang symbol?

Yeah, that's true.

I was hoping I could have a household with the axes and then the rest could be scions with sawed-off HSLs as chargers, with the Skitarii Vanguard sallet helms.

the thing with GW prices is that you can get 10-25% off depending on your local retailer or if you order from eBay. can't do that with FW unfortunately, so try out eBay and it'll probably be cheaper.

>but Dorn killed alpharius as he was trying to explain
I thought Gulliman killed alpharius.
