I actually liked this one when it came out. I believe the author even commented on my build - had something to do with combining information technology and healthcare. Don't quite remember.

I remember first seeing this and reading the Prison and saying to myself "Yes. Everything from this." I read all of the others, but The Prison's description was just perfect for me.

I'd ask why the gods have chosen ME of all people, if I didn't know that questioning their decisions in this matter was a /terrible/ idea.

Well, one or two more options for public, underworld, and hardware. It seems like Software just has more going on in it right now.

Maybe more corporate options as well? Like spending a corporate point and 20 credits to bump yourself up to AA? Or a corporate point to buy out a smaller company?

I know it can be kind of controversial sometimes, but maybe a few drawbacks/trade offs as well? It's a little frustrating that so much is built on your starting company choice, with few options for getting more points. I also feel like it's a good way to diversify the flavor of builds.

Also, a "Heavy Industry" specialization. Stuff like cars, aerospace, infrastructure, and general construction stuff. It's a big type of business that's missing. Could maybe provide the corp points to the starting options?

Question for Universal War. Does the Death spirit gift make it so you always respawn or just when Ouroboros kicks in?

Basically The Doctor, but parallel worlds instead of time (and maybe time too, shouldn't be that hard to figure out). I almost feel like the four years of Alchemy is a waste, but I know I'm going to get distracted if I don't finish the work on that immortality potion before I leave the academy and damn would that be an embarrassing way to die. Most of the classes were entry level stuff I plan on developing on my own after school, and even then I was thinking more about the short-term benefits. Club selection is mostly prep for the whole "be The Doctor" thing I'm doing. Only interesting combo I've got going on is Enchanting, Assuagism, Worldwalking, Suspended Animation, and Extreme Temperatures to teleport into a volcano, activate suspended animation so I don't bleed out, and have an enchanted titanium plate restore me to full health.

It brings new life to old cyoas.
Combining cyoas is fun, but yes, C destroys the point of all cyoas. F is the best option.

Sure you might only be able to have a few poewrs in this setting, but they can come with a helllot of secondary powers that tie in to support the primary. I mean, just look at Alexandria and reduce all her abilities to three.

I'm essentially a worse Contessa (I know, boring I win build. Sue me). I never use Unlimited Shard Works, instead, I blink to Endbringer attacks, not intent on slaying them but to further the stalemate and collect all the abilties being used around me. I antagonise the PRT and the Protectorate constantly so that I collect more uses for USW, such that they feel it necessary to put a Kill Order on me. When it's showdown time against Eden hopefully Contessa's planning and my collection of abilities is sufficient to put it down. Not to mention Taylor bullshittery. Perfect Memory means that even should I be deprived of PtV somehow, I still remember all the information. That screwed Contessa over originally.

Because people either tend to gloss over how bad drawbacks are, or the game is designed in a way where the benefits you get from drawbacks will eventually just let you trivially overcome them. Look at for example - at a certain point you'll gain enough power to win automatically, so extra drawbacks don't make things any more difficult.

Socially, the instantaneous translation ability of the Meister Tongues pairs well with the supernatural charisma of Moxxy, and the passive benefits of friendlier natives and no drawbacks from Earth Meister perk and the aura of safety from the Bevin Bridge you carry makes it incredibly easy to get along with anyone met traveling.
