This is Tomas Dymes. A low-tier gang leader from an impoverished part of the city. Quick on his feet and a good light fighter, Thomas tries his best to be top dog and make some bucks, but has a good heart deep down for those in the most need.

Bill "Never Sober" Dober. No one know where he came from, partially because no one can understand what he says, and partially because people would rather get out of his range of fire than ask him again. He's an damn fine shot and damn good brawler but only when he's drunk, which is especially strange when you consider the fact that he's the clumsiest man alive when he's sober. Spends his line in constant search Booze, money, Hookers and Blow, and can be easily manipulated by any of them.

As a young boy, this tribesman followed a spirit lion across the great savannah until he found the equipment of an ancient warrior. Chosen, this tribesman has been scouring the world for daemons that plague men. He hopes one day to return home, to the tribe he left behind.

Uplifted from the slums once a master of arcane witnessed him incinerate another street urchin's clothes in a fight. After passing through the gates of the College, he promised himself that he'll never betray it. Thanks to his unwavering loyalty and his "street" skills, he's often delegated to tend to more clandestine of College's enterprises.
Outwardly easy-going and cool as a cucumber, he's still ready to commit rather unsavory deeds for the sake of the party, but will never do anything to harm his true fellows.

The one thing I forgot about the elf.
He hates being reminded of his background. That's why he's willing to all this shit for his College - for very serious transgressions, they won't kill you, but they will rend you of your powers, which is essentially a lobotomy for a mage. Even though fear of being cast out is mostly behind him, it still lingers in the back of his mind.

A tribal turned mercenary who seeks to become a lich one day, speaks in broken english.

Thror Gunnarsson, former chief of the Broke Oar clan. After putting down the axe and settling in a peaceful life, his family was murdered in a raid from a rival clan.

He personally killed every member of that took part of the raid and has since taken up mercenary work, unable to let go of his rage.

A knight of the cloth and supposed paladin who has been ground down by the weight of the world and the sheer amount of injustice and iniquity to the point of a massive crisis in faith and self. Even so, he will never stop fighting for what he thinks to be right until his body lies broken and cold.

Neha, a merfolk sorceress (seeker archetype with the arcane bloodline using pathfinder as the basis here)

She is a middle class merfolk that was was later taken into the magister caste after her aptitude for conjuring magic was discovered. She learned much from the other magi about the power in blood and how generations ago her family was regarded very highly in the magister caste. She has since left the underwater kingdom in search of the source of her powers.

She is highly interested in what makes magic work and wants to discover why she just has the ability to use it with no need for a life time of training like most other magi. This has taken her far an wide but always staying in coastal areas. She often works with pirates promising them good luck for their assistance is gathering relics of note, always lying to them about the true power of the things they gather. Using her magic she can turn her tail into legs but still refuses to go to far from the sea.
