I Just thought that OP needed some inspiration. If he needs to detail its design though, I was imagining a sort of land dwelling octopus which plods along on four legs, feeling its way through the fog with its other four feeding tentacles. The creature creates a thick fog, exuding it through pores in its damp skin. The mist is useful for evading predators and disorienting prey.
