So I read that the rules for campaigns are going to be in a separate book. Is that true? That sounds like one of the most retarded things ever.

Yea, the rulebook included with the box set is just for the core rules and Orcs and Humans teams.
Death Zone supplement adds rules for some more teams as well as rules for continued league play.

Eh, as it stands nobody really uses Special Play cards anyway. Why pay 50 to 400k of inducements for a card that *might* be good when you can get a RR or a Wizard or Morg which you KNOW will be useful. If this just adds more special play cards into the mix then it's not going to make a blind bit of difference to the game.

they were in the previous blood bowl game. the team's pretty solid overall imo. no m access even on doubles is kind of weird though. the bloodthirster is a good minotaur, but i think making the demons better and giving them all bloodlust kinda like the secret league team would be a good idea.

Blood Bowl 2 was my first introduction to Blood Bowl, and I'm quite enjoying it, but the online leagues are kind of shit, since it's just mindless pug matches, and it's a struggle getting enough friends committed to a private league.
Does /bbg/ run any leagues in Blood Bowl 2, or is fumbbl my only option for organised play?

We have 3 fumbbl leagues for regular, stunty, and secret and they all play quite fast so you are not waiting more than 10 days tops between matches. If you want I could try to start something like a 4 man RR so we have that option.

Have you seen the other things you can do on fumbbl? Custom Rosters that have spawned secret league with 70+ "fun" teams, or stunty leeg with all the stunty and low AV your heart desires?
Come spec a game one or twice, you just need to be signed onto fumbbl. You'll get conversation, hype and spec sound commands. The only way you get that feeling on BB2 is if you are a streamer.
