Does this count as bard ? I always have trouble defining what a bard looks like.

I basically define the 'bard' look as anyone in nice/fancy clothes (with possible bonus musical instrument), so that one hits the mark for me

Travelling performers look pretty fancy/gaudy to me, usually. Whatever floats your boat though I guess.
