AFAIK the current consensus is that Abby DOES out damage Celestine, but her bodyguards give her amazing tanking power, and he doesn't put out enough damage to overcome it, while lacking enough damage recovery to outlast her stuff himself.

They aren't though. Regular Boyz are literally Guardsman-tier. It's the bigger ones that are durable.
