No, I'm pretty sure Buffalo was designed as a Holstaur replacement. But since the idea of making another Holstaur seemed creatively bankrupt, we made her a Buffalo, because those also produce milk, then someone brought to attention Native American lore involving Buffalo, now she's Native American themed, although, she was probably going to be anyways.
