what does it do and why should I buy? Unlike literally every other shilled alt on Veeky Forums, their platform is up and it actually works. And they are making partnerships with huge companies. The $4bb mkt cap is heavily undervalued. It will easily be at $10bb (50 cents) by Q1 2018 if not by EOY.
