You could try using small pipes to create a barrel-extension for the contemptor autocannons. As well as sculpting some larger ammo boxes.

Taking the Heavy bolters from a centurion set could go a long way for making the sarcophagus mount bolters. They're roughly the same size and shape as the deredeo HBs

I'd use the original Deredeo Cannons, they look fine. It's the hull that irks me.

Well if you feel like spending a fuckload of money, the best solution would be to take a Leviathan Siege Dreadnought and use its body with Deredeo arms.
They're about the same size and the Leviathan even has hull mounted Volkite Calivers in the same spot as the Deredeo's Heavy Bolters which should be easy enough to replace.

Warhammer 40K started out as a parody of sci-fi dystopias. It made sense back then for Space Marines to be exclusively male, because that made the setting an even worse place to be--not only is becoming superhuman incredibly dangerous and likely to have serious side effects, half the human population doesn't even have the option.

But then came people who didn't get the joke of 40K, and Games Workshop retconned the entire setting to start taking itself seriously.

Rather than retcon things yet again so women have a chance to become Space Marines, GW should go back to acknowledging the whole setting as one big joke.

The leviathan isn't even remotely close to the size of a Deredeo, as it stands a full 3 heads taller than even the legboat. It has a bigger base, wider hips, massively expanded leg & rear armour, and xbox-huge primary+secondary shoulder guards. It even has kneepads for its kneepads.

The leviathan is also a 4 hp walker by it's rules, with 2 extra points of AV over a deredeo to begin with, being 13/13/12 instead of 13/12/11. It's just not suitable for that purpose.

If females and males were held to the same standard it wouldn't be fair. Lowering the requirements for women while keeping them the same for men is the only way to make it fair.
