Can't spell hate without 8.
r8 8/8 h8 b8 m8
>two of their fingers
>two of their own toes
>eight
umm...
Try again, with feeling this time
Violence is eternal.
The number eight on its side is the symbol for infinity.
Because
NUMBER 8
*BUUURP*
NUMBER 8
*BUUURP*
NUMBER 8
*BUUURP*
makes people foam from their mouth in rage.
>Eight, eight, the burning hate. Between Sunday and Monday there lies a day so dark it will devastate.
>reddit and memey reference
FUCK OFF
1488 man.
Because he's actually Bel-Shamharoth in disguise.
They leave 8
1 Chaos, 4 Gods that are its aspects, Khorne, Khorne ?
Because 8 sideways is infinite; exactly the amount of blood and the amount of skulls khorne wants
Does the Emperor have a number?
>Khorne = 8 = hate
>Slaanesh = 6 = sex
What do 7 and 9 mean, then?
Hell yeah
KhorneXSlaanesh OTP
7 is a very special number across many religions and magic traditions.
9 because we needed to keep counting (should have stuck him on the bottom at 5, for the stages of grief.)
7 shoulda been Tzeentch's number
>Tzeentch = 9 = nein
>Nurgle = 7 = some dirty guy named Sven
For real, 9 is probably just because Tzeentch's symbol sort of has the same shape.
Shit, I got confused and thought it was Tzeentch.
I think it should be
>5: Nurgle, stages of grief
>6: Slaanesh, six=sex
>7: Tzeentch, mystical number seven
>8: Khorne, unending H8RED
Slaanesh probably also has 6 for the 666 association, since the Antichrist is frequently shown as a charismatic cult leader.
Slaansesh: 6 and 9
duh
Wasn't a deamon prince in 2nd edition 666 points?
9 is the the number of Tzeentch because it represents completeness and the end of cycles.
7 is Nurgle and 9 is Tzeentch
I know, I'm saying I wish it were otherwise.
>simpsons
>reddit
i'd say they're fairly neutral territory, user
These responses are awful.
Much of the chaos god iconography and fluff is just ripped from different world religions. There's a fuckton of Buddhist references in Khorne worship; the 8 itself is jacked from the eightfold path.
>There's a fuckton of Buddhist references in Khorne worship
There is?
I think they call that "Irony"
It's probably out of date bc Khorne has for a long time been collapsed into the anger-war-god, but when Khorne worship was primarily about martial prowess, tactics, and a more professional sense of "warrior"ship it was more obvious that the monomaniacal battle-obsession was supposed to a perversion of Nirvana/enlightenment
Can you give a few excrepts that demonstrate this?
They have 8 fingers and toes left
>when Khorne worship was primarily about martial prowess, tactics, and a more professional sense of "warrior"ship
So never ever?
Seven ate Nine
m8...
Why is the number 6 sacred to Slaanesh?
>New Khornate lore
>The Great Games has the power of the Gods ebb and wane but Khorne always remains the most dominant and powerful god in the pantheon
>Khorne's mortal and daemonic followers outnumber the other gods followers many times over
Explain this, Veeky Forums. What's so attracting about Khorne's worship?
You worship the gods when you feel/act in their realm of power.
In the grim darkness of the far future, there is only War. Hence the God of War is the most powerful
6 is the first perfect number en.wikipedia.org
because 8 is an infinity symbol that stands up for itself.
>some say eight is his number because eight mighty gods where slain by Khorne in the moment of his birth
>eight mighty gods where slain
>where slain
For fuck's sake GW.
They need red doods to fight the blue doods.
Cuz dubs
To represent his insatiable thirst for violence. yah see 8 is just infinity before you give it a power jab straight in the jaw.
Being angry is easy.
