If you break up titles by ship size then you should add some more that are "general" that any ship size can take. The good is that you may take care of cost issues, the bad is that you're limiting choices so you'd need to add more.

I saw one build that cancels offensive nps, which would work on this. Unless constructs are spawned, it can be avoided or if you are lucky you dodge it. I think luck stat of B and above will keep you pretty safe
