This one, "Caramel Caverns," and "Cornucopia" I used for a cult hideout invasion. The cultists worshiped a filth demon and the place was too disgusting for people to enter. The party had to track down mushrooms that when eaten allowed them to see all the shit covered barbarians and earwax monsters as gingerbread men and gumdrops.
