Orcs in WoW are the best example, soley because Blizzard tries so hard to paint them as good guys who are noble and honorable, despite them being responsible for literally everything bad that happened on Azeroth. And that doesn't even take the Draenei genocide into account.

Trolls get a pretty good second place in that competition though.

Orcs are fucking massive. Even with the average human being a 6'3" slab of meat that would make Bruce Lee proud, the orcs are about triple their mass and move at about the same proportional speed. They're absolute monsters in close quarters.

The trolls get wiped out as secondary threats on the regular. They might be the absolute least dindu set of antagonists in the game.

If you're really looking for that kind of game then you really have some options in video games.
First of all there's Merchant on Android where you hire heroes to hunt mobs and level up to gather mats from which you craft shift and sell for profit or equip your heroes even further. But it's mostly an idle game as you have NOTHING to do while the heroes are on their quest.
And there was another one on PC where you played the same sort of scenario, from the perspective of a blacksmith (animu game) where you craft shit and sell for profit but you also go and fight for the mats. Forgot the name tho.
