Curze would want mostly the same, but prefer a woman who can control her insanity to a degree and be gentle, even patient with him if she must. Understanding, and able to calm him. Bonus points if she can somehow help his nightmares/fits with some sort of psychic bullshit.

I feel like you just described a more idealized female version of each Primarch. It might be more interesting if you shifted every Waifu up by one. Ie, Fulgrim gets vulkan, vulkan gets corax ect.
