This is a transmission to the Galactic Federation and any other group capable of receiving us. I am General Ulza of the zaydran. For many years, my people have laboured as slaves for the Elasi and their 'Divine Kingdom'. We long had held the belief of life amongst the stars, but we had no way of knowing that they would come to find us, or how soon.
