The worst part is that OP didn't even fully understand the setting, non monster areas exist, certain monsters are submissive to their husbands, monsters across the board are opposed to violence, monsters are monogamous or polygamous, and the demon queen is apparently a pacifist, you're still going to be assimilated forcibly but you will have a better life than as a sex slave

It's a much lower-powered setting than some canon D&D settings just based on the monster types. Even the dragons have been feminized and brought down to Medium size.

And in terms of foul corruption and energy, the MGE universe could be defeated by any party with Energy Immunity or Charm Immunity from racial feats or items. That or a 9th-level spellcaster with Wish or Miracle available, or a lower-leveled Necromancer or Thrallherd with broken minion gathering abilities.

If a party of DnD folks get transported to this setting, but still have the same powers they would in their own world, could clerics/warlocks potentially make contact with their patrons in order to escape.

Sure that's something that entirely depends on the DM's rules for speaking with gods and otherworldly beings, but I can't help but think if a warlock is chummy chummy with their Cthulhu beast, or a god gets word that their favorite paladin is going to get jerked off by embodiments of evil, some deus ex machina shit might save the party.

I think suicide is a pretty viable solution when faced with a fair number of MGE monsters. A lot will enslave you, and quite a few basically cause identity death. Those are very much fates worse than death to most people, and I think you've just got your panties in a twist because people are looking more than surface deep into a fetish setting.

There's multiple Hunger Games and Eragon books, too, but I wouldn't call them deep settings.
