I did not know mayors had that much power.

Reposting from the previous thread. This is a slightly updated version. I fixed a couple typos (no promises I caught them all) and endeavored to answer a couple questions and respond to a couple concerns (like changing slightly how the minivan's cargo works and providing a bike-friendly on-the-road charger option for the laptop.)

This is fake news right? Because the world does has some crazy ass places, like that one town called Boys Town that only elected young boys as mayors/local government officials.

I'm fairly sure it's real. Small town, got disgusted with their mayor, had not real opposition candidate, then were surprised how well the town ran with a literal figurehead.
