A minute sooner and it would've been fpbp.
Generic Fantasy Setting
Dragons come in two forms. The younger, regular kind, with two legs. Who are unthinking rampaging monsters.
And the Aelder Dragons, who've existed since the age of gods, and basically do little but boast about that fact.
Evil humans have posh English accents
Greyhawk or forgotten realms especially
Human lands are vaguely like Indiana: lots of open green fields, but with other geological features in the ubiquitous distance.
Dwarf lands are the Dangerous Mountains north of the hills and have huge cities inside the mountains.
Elves come from the Silver Forest, where they live at one with the plant and animal life.
Orcs hail from the Badlands: a craggy desert filled with canyons that is constantly dark for some reason.
Halflings come from the beautiful, rolling green hills far away from the evil Badlands.
Gnomes are from the Underblack, a huge and deep cave system far beneath the surface.
Kender came from somewhere, I'm sure, but for some reason are mostly in large cities stealing everyone's shit.
I think Dominaria from MtG is a more prototypical fantasy setting for me.
Oh really? Name one fact about Dominaria.
I have a map.
