Depends on how you build it. The tech needs an update, but the weapons systems seem to hit far harder. Presumably the shields are better too, since they have to stand up to that punishment. On the other hand, a lot of it's systems are obsolete. Some weapons are hand loaded of all things for example.
If you retrofitted the LoT, it's probably take anything from Starwars. Even the plant breakers, if you get the baddest nova canon available.

Fiendfyre is pretty amazing. A pseudo-sentient magical fire that consumes literally everything (including magic) in its path to create more fire and will form the shapes of animals and mythical beasts to chase down anything that tries to escape. It's incredibly difficult to control unless you have the perk but if you do then you can reduce pretty much anything to ashes. It's also great for mass destruction because it spreads at incredible speed until it's consumed everything that can burn or until you tell it to stop.

Special mention also goes to Amaterasu from Naruto. An inextinguishable and incredibly hot black flame that burns for several days without fuel and can be produced at the focal point of the eyes with no activation time or warning. Meaning that realistically the only way to avoid being killed by it is to either be immune to fire or simply stay out of the user's line of sight.

My strongest special attack is chaos breath. I keep the range short intentionally, but it's more or less total destruction of reality for a short time in a limited area. The most terrifying is probably just summoning a hurricane.
