This is very much a longshot but I'll give it a try. I'm looking for a very specific picture and I can't find it anywhere. I saw a link to it a few weeks ago and didn't think anything of it so I didn't save it, but now I need it.
Basically it shows some short reptilian races in fantasy outfits, one looks like essentially a totodile, another one is some sort of skink/newt/salamander race wielding a sword I think. The artstyle was more cutesy than realistic/gritty. I tried DA, google search, every word combo I could think of to find this, and nothing has popped up. So i'm looking to tg if they can help or if they even have what I'm looking for.
If you remember what the thread was about, you might be able to find the archived copy on 4plebs. It'll still have all the thread images for a few months still.

an interesting thing here is it's hard to tell if the large one is sentient or not. It's eyes don't seem to be able to swivel around to "look at someone" the ways a human's do so it may be an animal examining food the strange 2 legged animals are bringing to it again, OR it may be about to greet the newcomers and ask them their business.

it's a mix of gilding, inlaying, and using gold 'strings' to achieve the appearance of a carved shell.
