This is actually a real issue, unless guys in your group have girlfriends and/or are not starved of feminine attention, it often happens they are making everyone uncomfortable, including the girl at the table and each other.

This doesn't excuse any failings girl players may have of course, but I've hear enough horror stories where mixing sexes resulted in pointless drama.

I've seen this more than women being the fault of why shit goes downhill.

Only thing that bugs me, regardless of gender, is when players don't focus on the game world. You sort of need to stay in-character to some degree to enjoy what's going on pay attention, but when there are distractions it starts a domino effect. If there's a woman and then the guys start white knighting or being more quiet or some shit it throws off the dynamic. If a new player is unfamiliar with the rules and decides to start checking their phone constantly it throws off the dynamic when you hear "oh it's my turn?" for the 8th time that night.
