It's not just the eyebrows, yeah, it's the eyelashes, too. That's what really makes women like that look weird. Doesn't mean they're all bad people if they're into makeup to that degree, but Christ.
Also note: she would probably do a little better if it weren't the point, but look at the neck. You can spot a lot of these types a mile away because the foundation they use on their face doesn't blend into their neck and especially collarbone very well. It's a visibly different skin tone, look out for that.
