That's a completely different sound which is the sound you make when tsking, also known as the dental click. In most languages the roman orthography uses ' for a glottal stop (ba'ath pronounced bah-(catch in the throat)ahth), ejectivity (basically a glottal stop combined with another stop), or in rare cases (notably Russian) palatization. ` is usually stress aside from anything with the pharyngel fricative (hebrew, arabic, etheopian, basically any Afro-Asiatic language that didn't get rid of that bullshit sound).
