Why do you think he's still whining about it? It was pretty obvious pattern mostly when the black op pic before the release of ToA. People would bitch and moan about the pic then when time for new thread came up it would suddenly appear around page six or seven, couple days page four because another op was getting the jump on him to get people to shut up for a thread or so. The later the thread gets pushed the easier it is for a troll to throw one up and have less people call them out for it. It started with shadshit and now is continuing with, presumably, the same person having been banned for a day or so being a fucktard and advertising now switching tactics to anime op shitposting just like a couple autist did to pfg.
