Just hard ramp and cast him like turn 3 or 4. Having him out that early is a lot of commander damage really quick.

As a long time player of slivers; I warn you that they can get pretty stale pretty fast. This would be more of a problem if you were buying them but even at the time taken to print them off you may be disappointed with how they play. Especially with a tutor in the CZ.
Even the sliver deck that i poured heart and soul into after wanting to build for years I've found myself playing less and less. It's sad and they are fun at times but ... be warned that it may not last for long.
