i can eat pretty much anything, but drinking tea with an empty stomach ie. when i just woke up literally gets me nauseous. dunno why. tea is poison, this doesnt happen with coffe.

Eastern Europe here, I don't understand corn at all. Neither as a porridge, nor as a pop corn. My stomach thinks it's not quite a food and poor corn can lie here all day long unaffected. But sweet canned one is ok.

Sausage makes me sick. The springy dense texture of the meat makes me ill.

I keep trying oats with chia seeds, almond milk, grounded walnuts, grated apple, cinammon and honey because I like it, but it gives me THE FARTS.

I'm fine if I eat any amount of cheese, ice cream, butter, or yogurt.

One full glass (10 fl oz / 295.7 ml or more) just gives me the shits.

One time I roasted a tray of Brussels sprouts and ate them all in one sitting. I had the worst gas of my life that evening. I thought one of my organs was shutting down, the pain was so bad. I still eat sprouts, broccoli, and cabbage of all varieties, but I have learned to fear them.

Black licorice gives me farts straight out of the gas chambers in Auschwitz and turns my shit green and soft. Still eat it though.

Pizza. The smell never goes away. Could brush your teeth ten times and it still has pizza aftertaste. Makes me feel lethargic and bloated.

If I drink more than two cups of coffee I get an eye twitch going on. Does NOT happen with my homemade french press coffee, only with coffee while out.

Also avoid asparagus because the smell when you pee is the worst.

Strangely no amount of spicy food has ever given me problems. I have never experienced fire shits.

My IBS is triggered by, amongst other things (amount varies):

Also stress, not eating/drinking frequently enough, eating/drinking too frequently, the phase of the fucking moon.
