If there is one place to choose, go to el mazateno, the shrimp enchilado taco is amazing. Mariscos ruben is just as good ( better imo) but a tad expensive.

When I posted Texas Mexican food I was specifically speaking as someone from Houston. I've had TexMex in Latvia. It can't compare.
