CHIVE OIL

I made some chive oil. Need to use it within a few days. What should I use it for? Any dishes I can incorporate it into?

Drizzle onto thick soups. Drizzle balsamic in and dip bread in it. Dab a little bit on toasts for cheese and whatnot with a brush.

Mix it in with some butter and use it on toast. You can refrigerate the mixture.
