The Mayan XXXtra hot stopped being stocked at my local Walmart, so I started using the green regularly. I special ordered 4 bottles of the mayan and picked them up today. I remembered the mayan being the best (probably due to the heat), but after retasting today green is the objectively superior hot sauce of the El Yucateco™ line and is also objectively the best hot sauce.
The black tastes like spicy smoke, please don't try and defend its low ranking in this thread.
