This is our Cat btw. We moved recently and got him from our former neighbours after living with him for about half a year. He didn't want to go back to our neighbours because they got different rescue dogs so she gave us her blessing to take him with us. We posted her a letter with pictures of him and now text her about him. He's finally allowed outside as well, which is good. We also somehow got a fish in our pond that we have to look after. What kind of people just leave a fish with no food for like two weeks... Whatever.

It IS a bit dry, but after being in Italy many times I like it like that. They also make plain pasta without any sauce and add a bit of olive oil to it.

Tomato sauce needs to be sparse, you coat the pasta with it, not smother it.
