Time to bragg with my cooking skills (or not - you decide)
Time to bragg
Sushi
Quiche with mushrooms and ham
Good 'go 'za
You should mix the wasabi and the soy sauce, it's GOAT.
Brownies with dark chocolate frosting
I've only seen the wasabi and soy sauce separate, but I'll give it a try next time
It's a brownie with white chocolate frosting and raisins soaked in rum
Stop.
Meatloaf with mayo/10
I kekked.
How embarrassing :(
I think I have to, can't find any of the other photos... damn...
Care to explain why?
Strawberry crostata (kinda ugly, but still tasty)
Romanian Christmas cake called "cozonac"
can you create a cake with the design based on a swastika? thanks
that's a weird 'go 'za
Sure thing buddy... Just leave your address so I can send it afterwards
im homeless

Unfortunately, not yet... Will get there though, hopefully
fair enough
is that a good sushi/sashimi soy or just ye olde kikkoman?
Local market offers very little choice in terms of specific ingredients like this one, but it is the best one I could find (=the most expensive). It is definitely not ye olde kikkoman, but most likely not quite the real deal.
Just a note: I do not consider myself even as much as a "cook", I've got A LOT to learn, but it's something that I do in my very little spare time, my food may not look like it's supposed to, but at least it's tasty. And yes, I know, also my photographic skills need some tunning :)))
op you are a good person. i hope you stay safe and look after yourself.
ah okay, its pretty much just regular shoyu with mirin and bonito mixed in. quite tasty by itself.

hey, none of that.
your food looks tasty and your photos look nice.
Thanks m8, I try to :)

Yes, this is a small town, and people don't ask for the quality stuff, from any cuisine - let it be italian, asian, etc. If you can imagine, you will NOT find even "semola di grano duro" flour, or a decent sushi rice, not to mention some quality... duck, for example. And when you find something, it's expensive as hell...

Thank you, you can share some of yours :)
