I love the stews and dips they have.

I tried ghormeh sabzi which is lamb stew with lemons and bunch of spinach and herbs last week. Pretty good.

Made it a few times. I've made Salad Shiraz, Koobe-deh, and Khoresht. The seasonings for the stew didn't seem like they'd work at first but I was pleasantly surprised.
