ok the spinch is drained, time for final assembly. Fish is in a greasy dish with s&p, gonna build some layers

I believe you can still get it, didn't know it was good eating though? More of a Bluenose or Grouper fan myself, when I can get it. That deepsea fish is hella tasty.
Tbh with you guys I think my fish may have been slightly old, had a bit of a smell to it. I'll tell you how it goes in about 45 mins anyway.

Its delicious, another deep sea favourite of mine.
