Laura's fucking voice makes me want to punch someone in the face. I'm sure she's a decent cook but I would have no way of knowing because I can't get through more than 1 minute of her annoying, squealy voice.

That's how you do it if you want to emulate the cheese product that most of us clapistanis are familiar with. Fresh mozz will disintegrate in your hands if you try to grate it without at least partially freezing it.

Maangchi is the shit as well! I've tried many of her recipes and never been disappointed, she makes delicious food. Her kimchi recipes even impressed my Korean friends who said it was better than their mom's at home.
