Yes in that it was written as part satire so that I'm fairly certain that when Stirner talks about 'die Alten'/'wir Neuen', he is also taking stabs at the kind of rhetoric you find in Lessing's Laocoon study, for example, but I'm not sure how that translates
And finally no in that you really just need introductory level knowledge of the people he references to understand his point
