I think this one counts too.

Underrated post

I tried reading these as a teen and then I realized that it was a swords and sorcery rip off of Star Wars. Now, there's an argument to be made for the "Hero's Journey" but it seems like a VERY direct ripoff of Star Wars, in particular.

Space furries aren't really related to medieval times.

Name of the Rose
Waltari - Dark Angel
Macbeth

They're not good, but its a fun little guilty pleasure read. Sometimes it's fun to smoke a bowl and be a casual faggot while you play some video games with god mode on, you don't always have to be challenging yourself or learning something to have a good time

post them anyway

Beowulf
Sir Gawain and the Green Knight
Chaucer's Canterbury tales
Macbeth

Isn't beowulf one of the earliest Nordic texts? That would make it date before medieval right?

I am but a slave to the whims of others.

Pillars of the Earth

The lady and the unicorn (if 1480s counts as medieval)
The once and future king (if King Arthur's time counts as medieval)
