Flipped through it at a bookstore once. Just seemed like a straightfoward adaptation of the plot in an anime book style.

How is this? Is it a complete manga or just the book with some pictures?

im still reading the alice one, desu

Read it like 3 years ago. Bought it for my pleb gf.

Was it actually true to the original? Like what did it do with episodes like Proteus, Cyclops, Oxen of the Sun, and Circe?

cute af desu

i would love to read finnegan's wake in the manga style

First you'd have to find someone actually capable of drawing it.

From what I looked at, it didn't really try anything weird to match the original novel. Like I said, it was just adapting the plot, being fairly straightforward, sort of like the Ulysses film adaptation that was made in the 60s.

Lame. This will probably be the best filmed adaptation of anything by Joyce

I would love it if you left

Filtered for the second time on my phone

I'm confused: I want to be angry and hate it but I also really want to like it and buy it.

Call me when they make the Gravity's Rainbow manga

I don't get it. Is it the original text with anime pictures sprinkled throughout, or is it some sort of abridged version?

I'm holding out for the Infinite Jest manga

I'm keeping a space on my shelf for the inevitable King James Bible manga
