I'm seriously not sure why this results in so much angst on both sides. If you want nothing to do with promiscuous women..... then just avoid them completely. If you are so apprehensive about marriage...... then dont get married.
Literally no one is forcing you to marry a woman whose sexual past revolts you. The choice is literally yours.
