Start with "The Greeks".
If you are just starting out, The Republic by Plato (also The Last Days of Socrates trio, but Republic is fine for starters).
Aristotle - Metaphysics and Nicomechean Ethics.
Of course their other works are important, but most people start out with mentioned stuff. Do so as well and don't fall for the 'muh you need to read everything in existence completely in depth + background literature, or else u pleb' autistic meme.
Sure one should strive for that, but if you are getting your feet wet in /phil/, just start out with some of the most central works.
This. Get a copy of the Complete Works of Plato and Aristotle, and then read it front to back.
The avsey translation
All of it.
